In case the public entity refuses to satisfy the demand or fails to offer an alternative way of accessing the information, the person submitting the demand may file a complaint concerning the digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or element of the website or mobile application. After exhausting the above procedure, it is also possible to petition the Commissioner for Human Rights.

2. Wheelchair access to the building from parking place for the disabled (it is situated opposite the Institute on the other side of the street).
3. Entrance through the heavy steel wicket, or request opening the gate (please use the entry phone or call the reception at +48 22 44 76 100).
4. Moveable wheelchair ramps make accessing the reception possible.
5. A hearing loop (audio induction loop) has been installed at the reception.
6. No tactile Braille signs.
7. No toilets accessible for the disabled.
