Everyone has the right to issue a demand regarding digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or its part. Should meeting this deadline prove impossible, the public entity ought immediately to inform the person making the demand when it would be possible to satisfy it; that time must not be longer than 2 months from the date of issuing the demand. In case ensuring digital accessibility proves impossible, the public entity may propose an alternative way of accessing the information.
